The Marysville Planning and Historic Preservation Commission was scheduled to consider CORE Charter School’s campus expansion at its Sept. 23, 2026, regular meeting, according to the commission agenda.
The agenda lists a proposed modification to Use Permit 10-11 that would expand the campus onto five adjoining R-2 parcels. The proposal includes a 23,610-square-foot school addition and a 14,006-square-foot multipurpose building.
The same agenda lists Major Design Review Permit DR26-37 for demolition of five residential structures containing six dwelling units and one storage building, as well as design review of the new campus construction.
