Yuba County supervisors unanimously approved two Ross Ranch development agreements at their Feb. 24 meeting after holding public hearings, according to the board’s meeting summary and agenda materials. The board adopted Ordinance No. 1647, approving the Ross Ranch Phase 3, 4 and 5 development agreement, and Ordinance No. 1648, approving the Ross Ranch Phase 1 development agreement.

The agenda identified the Ross Ranch items as public-hearing matters involving Walton California LLC, Lendco LLC, the Patrick Laughlin Trust, the R&S Khagura Family Trust, David W. Lanza Trust and JAS Fund 3 LLC. The meeting summary says both ordinances passed on unanimous roll-call votes, but the retrieved record does not include the hearing discussion, project conditions or any fiscal or infrastructure terms tied to the agreements.

The board’s action clears the way for Ross Ranch Phase 3, 4 and 5 and Phase 1 to move forward within the county’s land-use process.
