The Yuba County Planning Commission is scheduled to consider environmental approvals for the Waldo Road over Dry Creek Bridge Replacement Project at its Sept. 16 meeting.
According to the Planning Commission agenda, the county, acting as lead agency and project applicant, is asking commissioners to certify the project’s Final Environmental Impact Report and adopt CEQA Findings of Fact, a Statement of Overriding Considerations and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
The agenda says the project has a significant and unavoidable impact to cultural resources. It does not identify the resources involved or provide details of the mitigation measures in the agenda item.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Yuba County Board Chambers. The agenda says written comments on a specific item should be emailed to the Planning Commission secretary by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting.
