Sutter County’s Public Works/Support Services Committee agenda on July 9 advanced two FY2025-26 Development Services budget adjustments that together would add $319,000, according to the committee agenda packet.
One amendment would increase the Development Services Engineering budget by $294,000 for professional and specialized services tied to UNICO Engineering inspection work at Lakeside at Sutter Pointe, with the added cost offset by developer reimbursements, the packet says. The other would add $25,000 to Development Services-Environmental Health for permit-software transition costs and salary expenses, offset by food facility permit revenue. The packet also says the environmental health work is tied to migration to Accela’s Civic Platform.
The materials describe both adjustments as budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2025-26. The available record does not show final Board of Supervisors action on the items.
The committee agenda and packet were posted by Sutter County ahead of the July 9 meeting.
