The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Aug. 25 to revoke 15 planning permits after a public hearing on unpaid department fees and alleged violations of approval conditions, according to the board’s official action summary.
The Planning and Building Department had recommended revoking 16 permits under Section 312-14 of the Humboldt County Code. Supervisor Natalie Arroyo moved to approve the recommendation as amended, with permit PLN-13006 removed from the revocation action. Supervisor Mike Wilson seconded the motion, which passed 5-0, with all five supervisors voting yes.
